PrismsThe prisms sparkle like your eyes Retract and dance like butterflies And they may fade throughout the day They're beautiful and different in their own way The sun never hits at the same angles And like our love it's special, as it dangles Precariously from a window cut out Clouds have failed sunlight to shut out And though you may not realize The stars were playing in your eyes The stars were playing in your eyes And travesties were our demise And you can think just what you please But rainbows cannot be brought to their knees Like a prism my heart shines throPrisms
